The toner's primary purpose is deep cleansing and does not offer as much hydration as a hydrator. The toner prepares the skin to absorb hydration.
The toner should be used post cleansing. Once in the morning and at night.
The toner is a gentle formula that is suitable for all skin types.
The ideal pH level should be 4.5-5.5 to remain healthy.
